Janice put together a personalized workout plan for me, focusing on upper body strength and cardio. Over the 5 weeks since I started the workouts, I've seen a definite increase in my strength, as I've been able to increase my weights once and am feel like I'm ready to increase them again! Along with the workouts, Janice also offered lots of encouragement and helped me stay focused on the idea that the process is what counts. The results will follow.
