
Training Options and Packages
Personal Training Initial Consultation
$60 - initial session (1hr)
In-home personal training services including initial consultation and assessment, program design, and 1 face-to-face, 1-on-1 training session to go over the program and ensure the client understands the expectations. Sessions will take place in the client's home utilizing the client's own equipment.
Personal Training 1 on 1 Session
$45/session (45 min - 1hr)
Continuation of face-to-face 1-on-1 personal training services after the initial consultation and program design. Supervision during training sessions to ensure proper form and effort! Sessions will take place in the client's home utilizing the client's own equipment.
Small Group Circuit Training/Bootcamp Circuit Training
$10/participant (max 10)
These group sessions will combine cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength and core exercises. Each workout will last 45-60 minute and will target different muscle groups utilizing body strength exercises or minimal strength equipment. Together we will sky-rocket your metabolism, build up your strength and exercise endurance, all while burning fat. Workouts change with each session and sessions can be one time or multiple in nature. Sessions will take place at a location chosen by the group, either indoors or out (weather permitting).
Virtual programming/training
$60
Online fitness program design and tracking via training software. 1-month individualized program will be sent via email. One follow-up email consultation at the end of the first week included ensuring the program is a good fit. Adjustment as needed. Programming will be personalized based on the client's individuals needs and goals, utilizing the client's own equipment at home or for use in a gym of their choice.
Monthly package - virtual training
$100
Same as the virtual programming/training above, however, with continuous monitoring and motivation for a one month period. Consultation via email or Skype as needed with program adjustment where necessary. Bi-weekly motivational emails to help keep you on track.
Payment can be made via PayPal or email money transfer (for virtual training) and cash or check (for face to face training).
